• You acknowledge that BillDesq is a routing and technology provider, and ultimate funds settlement is subject to the terms of the specific acquiring banks and networks used.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding the sale of digital goods, software, and export compliance.

4. Fees and Settlement

Fees for utilizing the BillDesq platform are assessed on a per-transaction basis. The standard fee schedule is subject to change with 30 days written notice. You authorize BillDesq (or its banking partners) to deduct applicable fees, chargebacks, and related fines directly from your settlement payouts.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on BillDesq's website and API are provided on an 'as is' basis. BillDesq makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
